The problem
Everyone’s software problem is the same problem.
It’s 11pm and the shop is shut. The day’s sales are on a paper roll, the stock count is a guess, and the WhatsApp group has fourteen unread messages about tomorrow’s delivery.
Somewhere else, a photographer is staring at 4,000 undelivered photos and a client asking, for the third time, when they’ll be ready. A hotel manager is reconciling three booking channels in a spreadsheet. A clinic is looking for a patient’s file in a stack of folders.
Different industries. Same evening. Same problem.
Not one of these people is bad at their job. They’re excellent at their job. That’s why they have a business at all. What they don’t have is infrastructure. The software that would fix it was priced for companies a hundred times their size and designed by people who have never watched a shop close at 11pm.
So they run a real business on tools meant for a college project. And they lose hours every single night to work that software should have done while they slept.
India’s small businesses don’t need enterprise software with the price tag shaved off. They need operating systems built for how they actually work: in their language, on their payment rails, on the phone that’s already in their hand.
Why it matters
Sixty-three million businesses. Almost none of them were built for.
What I have built
I didn’t set out to build a product portfolio. I kept meeting the same problem in different rooms, and every time the honest answer was that nothing on the market fit. So each of these started as one business’s problem and became the system for everyone like them.
